As part of its Maine’s ongoing effort to ensure a continuum of care for MaineCare services, the Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is in the process of studying payments and service delivery models for Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facilities covered under Appendix B of Section 97 of the MaineCare Benefits Manual. Burns & Associates, Inc. (B&A) is assisting DHHS in this effort and has established this website as a repository for study-related materials.

A key factor in this effort is a provider survey to collect data regarding providers’ service delivery designs and costs, which is available for download below:
