REVIEW OF RESIDENTIAL AND OTHER HCBS RATES

The Oregon Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) is in the process of reviewing provider payment rates and structures for 24-Hour Residential, Attendant Care, Transportation, and Professional Behavior Services. Additionally, ODDS is updating rate models developed as part of an earlier rate study for Small Group Employment, Employment Path, and Day Support Activity. Burns & Associates, Inc. (B&A) is assisting ODDS in these efforts.

ODDS and B&A continue to work with stakeholders to finalize the rate models.
