Karl Matzinger is an executive level manager with twenty-nine years of progressively responsible financial and government experience. Mr. Matzinger recently joined Burns & Associates, Inc. (B&A) in 2015. Before joining B&A, Mr. Matzinger served as the City of Phoenix, Housing Director and also held Deputy Director positions for the Human Services and Public Transit Departments. Mr. Matzinger has 15 years of state government experience with the Arizona Department of Economic Security including serving as the Assistant Director for Business & Finance.
