Jesse has over ten years of experience in programming and data analysis. He serves as a programmer/analyst on B&A’s engagements with the States of Indiana (external quality reviews) and Vermont (rate setting for professional services and analysis of Medicaid utilization trends). Previously, he was a lead analyst on B&A’s independent evaluation of the Healthy New York program. Prior to joining B&A, he was with American Express serving as a programmer charged with the development of statistical and predictive models.
