Pursuant to a budget note included in the 2021-23 budget, the Oregon Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) is in the process of studying the funding structure for case management services. Burns & Associates, a division of Health Management Associates is assisting ODDS in this effort and has established this website as a repository for study-related materials.

PROVIDER SURVEY

A key consideration in the review of the funding structure for Case Management Entities is data from a provider survey designed to collect information regarding CMEs’ service delivery designs and costs. Submitted survey will be used solely for the purposes of the rate study and no CME-specific data will be published.
