As required by I.C. § 12-15-13-8, the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS), is conducting a study of reimbursement methodologies and rates for case management services in the Family Support Waiver and the Community Integration and Habilitation Waiver.

Burns & Associates, Inc. (B&A) is assisting BDDS with this initiative and has established this website as a repository for study-related materials.

 PROVIDER SURVEY

A key factor in this study is a survey to collect data regarding case management companies’ service delivery designs and costs, which is available for download:

Data collected through this survey will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating payment rates. Only aggregated data will be reported; no provider-specific information will be published.
