Barry Smith joined B&A in 2007 and has provided analytical support on B&A’s HCBS rate projects in Arizona, Louisiana and Oregon. He has analyzed provider cost survey data utilized in these projects and has researched state-specific market-based costs in support of B&A’s HCBS rate models. Currently, he supports Arizona’s DD agency in producing a monthly budget tracking reporting package by HCBS service category and population cohort.
