Mr. Pawlowski has more than six years of experience in human services operations and financing, budget development, and government affairs. Mr. Pawlowski recently joined B&A to provide both agency expertise and financial/budgeting analyses.
Prior to joining B&A, Mr. Pawlowski was the Chief Financial Officer for the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES), a 10,000 employee, $5 billion human services agency. ADES is the state agency responsible for delivering services to individuals with developmental disabilities, providing non-medical home and community based services to the elderly, managing the child welfare system, operating welfare and child support programs, and administering Department of Labor-funded programs.
Mr. Pawlowski previously worked in the Arizona Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting as a Senior Budget Analyst
