Mr. Eng recently joined B&A, Inc. as a SAS and financial analyst. Prior to joining B&A, he was with American Express serving as SAS/VB programmer charged with the development of statistical and predictive models for 25 international markets working with econometricians. Mr. Eng also worked extensively with internal and external auditors and actuaries (Price Waterhouse Coopers, Tillinghast Towers Perrin, and ERAS) in run setup and execution, data preparation, interpretation of findings and resolution of any inconsistencies. He was responsible for ensuring that the server was Sarbannes-Oxley (SOX) and Open Network Confidentiality Operating Principles (ONCOP) compliant.
