Burns & Associates, Inc. (B&A) is a health care consulting firm that works almost exclusively with public sector clients on strategic planning, financial model development, evaluation and audit, rate setting, and support of operations of health care programs.  Since its founding in 2006, B&A has worked with 26 state agencies in 19 states.  Prior to founding B&A, the Principals (Peter Burns and Mark Podrazik) worked together for eight years as Corporate Managers at another consulting firm. B&A currently has offices in Phoenix, AZ and Rockville, MD. There are currently 10 professional staff members on our team and we also work with a team of subcontractors that bring specialized clinical, systems and legal expertise to our projects.
